The shipping time is different for each item, on the product page you will find a tab called "Shipping" with detailed information on how long it will take until that product arrives. Some products have multiple shipping options with different delivery times. If you already ordered a product from us, check your order confirmation email to see which shipping option you have chosen. Don't forget to add the processing time of 3-5 working days.
Most products have a processing time of 3-5 working days and a shipping time of 2-3 weeks (or 1-2 weeks with premium).
Please note that international orders need to pass through the customs in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
