We automatically send each customer an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as the package is on its way. It can take up to 5 working days until the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier.
Sometimes it takes a little longer if the product is personalized and more difficult to manufacture.
In case you still have not received your tracking number after 7 days, it could have been filtered out by your email provider. Enter "CoupleGifts" in the search bar of your email client and if you find the email, drag it back into the main folder, so you don't miss any future updates.
If it's still not there, contact us, maybe it was spelled wrong so we can connect your order to your correct email address.
